The Skill Development Committee of Bhagubai Changu Thakur College of Law, New Panvel, successfully organized a special lecture on "New Criminal Laws and Their Implementation" on 1st February 2025 in the Seminar Hall. The session aimed to provide students with insights into the latest amendments in criminal laws, their practical applications, and the evolving role of legal professionals in ensuring justice.

The lecture commenced at 10:00 AM, with Ms. Disha Dhone as the host. The speakers elaborated on key legal reforms, procedural changes, and their impact on criminal jurisprudence. Assistant Police Inspector Balwant Patil also discussed the significance of cyber laws, addressing contemporary challenges in digital crime investigations.
Students actively participated in the discussion, engaging with the speakers through thought-provoking questions. The session proved beneficial in enhancing students' legal reasoning, courtroom strategies, and advocacy skills.
